Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details.
• Content you create: QR codes, destinations, business-card details, and any logos or photos you upload.
• Scan data: when someone scans your code we record the time, a salted, one-way hashof the visitor’s IP address (never the raw IP), approximate device type, operating system, browser, and referrer.

How we use it

• To operate your account and render your QR codes and business cards.
• To show you scan analytics for the codes you own.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (including our database and storage host) solely to run the service.

Cookies and third-party services

Our public marketing pages use a live chat widget provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel) so you can message us. When the chat loads it may set cookies and process the information you choose to send (such as your name, email, and messages) in order to operate the conversation and follow up with you. The chat widget does not run on individual business-card pages or inside your signed-in dashboard. If you do not start a chat, no conversation data is collected.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your codes at any time; deleting a code removes its scan records. Contact us to delete your account and associated data.
