Submitting a takedown notice

A valid notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
The URL or code identifying the material you want removed.
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.

Our response

On receipt of a valid notice we will expeditiously remove or disable the identified content and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error. We may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
